Yes we do! You may contact us here or any of our pages to place an order or same-day deliveries. Our staff will personally get in touch to process your order(s). Oh and we’re also on GrabFood and Foodpanda!

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
At The Fat Seed, we are committed to providing you with high-quality food, beverages, and merchandise. However, we understand that occasionally issues may arise. Please review our policy below regarding returns and exchanges:
For Food & Beverage Items:
Given the perishable nature of our food and beverage items, we generally do not offer returns or exchanges once an order has been prepared and left our premises or has been consumed. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you encounter a significant issue with your order, such as:
- Incorrect Order: You received items that you did not order.
- Quality Concerns: Your food or beverage is significantly not up to our usual standards (e.g., food or drink was prepared incorrectly).
- Missing Items: Part of your order was not included.
In such cases, please notify us immediately upon receiving your order or as soon as you identify the issue.
We may offer one of the following resolutions:
- Correction of Order: We will prepare the correct item or missing item for you as quickly as possible.
- Replacement Item: We may offer a replacement for the incomplete or unsatisfactory item.
Conditions for Food & Beverage Issue Resolution:
- You must notify us of the issue immediately or within a reasonable timeframe (typically within 30 minutes to 1 hour of receiving your order).
- For quality concerns, we may request that you provide a description or, if possible and safe to do so, return the item for our assessment.
- Resolutions are determined on a case-by-case basis by our management team.
For Beans, Equipment and Merchandise:
If you wish to return or exchange a non-perishable item such as an equipment or any The Fat Seed merch, please adhere to the following guidelines:
- Eligibility: Items must be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the original purchase date.
- Condition: The item must be in its original, unused, and resalable condition, with any original packaging and tags intact. For coffee beans, they must be unopened.
- Proof of Purchase: You must present a valid receipt or other proof of purchase.
Exchange Options for The Fat Seed Merchandise:
- Same Item (Different Size/Color): Subject to availability, you may exchange an item for the same product in a different size or color.
- Different Item: You may exchange your item for a different item of equal or lesser value. If the new item has a higher value, you will be required to pay the difference.
Refund Options for The Fat Seed Merchandise:
- Refund: Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, provided you have the original receipt. Please note that refunds may take 3-5 business days to process depending on your payment provider.
Exceptions:
- Sale or Discounted Items: We generally do not offer returns or exchanges on sale or discounted merchandise unless the item is faulty.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange at Any The Fat Seed Branch:
Please present the item and your proof of purchase to us during our operating hours and speak to a member of our staff or the manager on duty. They will assess your request and guide you through the process.
