Thank you for shopping with The Fat Seed Cafe + Roastery. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy for eligible retail items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition that you received it

  • Be unused and unopened

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is incorrect or defective.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Perishable goods, including but not limited to:

    • Freshly roasted coffee beans (opened or unopened)

    • Food items and pantry goods

  • Beverages and ready-to-consume products

  • Custom or special orders

  • Sale or discounted items

As coffee is a consumable product and flavor preferences vary, we cannot accept returns or exchanges based on taste preference.

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please email us before purchasing.

Damages and Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive:

  • A defective item

  • A damaged item

  • The wrong product

Contact us immediately at hello@fatseed.com.ph with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will evaluate the issue and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If your item qualifies for return, the fastest way to receive a replacement is to:

  1. Request and complete a return (if eligible).

  2. Place a new order once the return has been approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at hello@fatseed.com.ph.
