Shipping & Delivery Policy

At The Fat Seed Cafe + Roastery, we want to ensure that you get your freshly roasted beans, pantry staples, and merch as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy below to understand how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Coffee Beans & Merchandise: All standard orders are processed and packed within 1 to 2 business days.

  • Because we value serving Real Nice Coffee, some of our beans are roasted to order. If your selected beans require a fresh roast, processing may take an additional 1 to 2 business days to ensure optimal degassing and quality before shipment.

  • Orders placed on weekends or Philippine regular holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Metro Manila Deliveries

We offer a couple of ways to get your coffee fix around Metro Manila:

  • Same-Day Delivery (GrabExpress / Lalamove): Available for orders placed and paid before [2:00 PM]. The shipping fee is calculated by the courier app and paid directly to the rider upon delivery (Buyer's Expense), or a flat rate of [₱XXX] if paid via our website.

  • Standard Local Delivery (e.g., GoGo Xpress / J&T): Takes [1 to 3 business days]. Flat rate shipping fee of [₱XXX].

3. Provincial / Nationwide Shipping

We ship our beans and merch anywhere in the Philippines!

  • Courier Partners: We partner with reliable couriers like LBC, J&T Express, or GoGo Xpress, or AP Cargo. 

  • Delivery Timeframe: * Luzon: [3 to 5 business days]

    • Visayas & Mindanao: [5 to 7 business days]

  • Shipping Rates: Rates are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your exact location.

4. International Shipping

Currently, The Fat Seed Cafe + Roastery only ships within the Philippines. We hope to share our beans globally soon! 

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking portal to update.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

We securely pack every order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, once the package is handed over to our third-party couriers, The Fat Seed Cafe + Roastery is not liable for any delays, losses, or damages caused during transit.

If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and items immediately, and contact us at hello@fatseed.com.ph within 48 hours so we can assist you in filing a claim with the courier.
